Delivery

We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible, We use Royal Mail Second Class, please allow 7 working days for delivery.  We currently only ship within the U.K.

Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item.

  Please email info@littlecrystalshop.co.uk in the first instance we are always happy to help.

Please do not return any item before contacting us.

Little Crystal Shop is happy to replace damaged products For any undamaged product, simply return it unopened with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased,

We will  not refund products that have been opened unless faulty or defective. We cannot be held responsible for failed or missed deliveries, it is your responsibility to ensure we have correct delivery address.

Returns will not be accepted if more than 14 days from delivery to you and if the item is not in original condition. Returns postage is buyers responsibility proof of postage must be provided. We may ask for photographs of your items for our records.

We are unable to cancel orders already dispatched,

We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused through the misuse of our products. Please read any usage notes as risk passes to yourself on delivery.
